Samsung Agreed for Patent with Kodak

Samsung and Kodak negotiate a settlement agreement and a technology cross license.In this case Samsung make a non-refundable payment to Kodak that will be credited toward its future royalty obligations to Kodak.The amount is not mentioned.

Kodak’s patent infringement claims against Samsung in 2008 November cause that payment and at 17 December Court decided to Kodak digital camera patents at issue in the case were valid and that Samsung had infringed those patents.
